NORM CHRISTIE BATTLEFIELD TOURS

Norm Christie's Battlefield Tours are personalized journeys to the old Canadian Battlefield's of the First and Second World Wars. They are more of a Pilgrimage than a tour, as Norm, using his expertise, adds and alters each tour to accommodate the personal interests of each Pilgrim.

The focus is on remembering and honouring the sacrifice and courage of Canadians who earned tremendous respect and a reputation for efficiency and victory. Special requests are always a unique part of Norm's Tours, and they will be accommodated whenever possible. Email Norm to see if the special requests can be included in the itinerary.
The itineraries include the Canadian battlefields of Ypres, Passchendaele, Mount Sorrel, Vimy, Arras, Cambrai, The Somme, Breskens Pocket, Channel Wall, D-Day, Falaise, with visits to the extra special museums associated with the battles; AND, AS ALWAYS, SHRAPNEL BALLING!! AND MUCH, MUCH MORE! The Tours are made up of Canadians from across the Country and are usually 50% women.

MINI WWI Tours(6-7 PEOPLE)

DEPART FRIDAY AND RETURN ON FOLLOWING SATURDAY

The Tours are restricted to 7 persons maximum. Six are required for the Tour to go ahead. Norm Christie will be the Guide and Driver. The Mini Tours cover the famous Canadian Battlefields of the Great War. They are 9 days, including two travel days, and include three nights in Ypres, three in Arras, and one in Paris. The Tour includes the battlefields of Ypres, Mount Sorrel, Passchendaele, Hill 70, The Somme, Vimy, Arras 1918, and Cambrai, 1918. All three Tours leave Canada on a Friday and return to Canada the following Saturday. Hotels are all Three Star and located close to the Battlefields. Breakfast is included. At current prices we anticipate the costs to be $2200-2400 for the mini tours (Airfare Extra) for Double Occupancy. Exact prices will be posted later to our website at www.cefbooks.ca.
